With this cleaning schedule, you’ll be able to streamline your cleaning routine, optimize your time, and maintain a harmonious balance between work, homeschooling, and a clean home.

While I might like a clean house, I don’t like the actual cleaning part. And I really don’t want to do all the cleaning myself.

I’m a list maker, and checking off boxes makes me happy. So I created a free cleaning schedule for working moms, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

I’ll also share some of my favorite planning tools and how I use each page.

Free Cleaning Schedule For Working Moms Includes:

  • Daily Cleaning Checklist
  • Weekly Cleaning Checklist
  • Monthly Cleaning Checklist

One of the first things you’ll notice about these checklists is that each area of the home has an estimated time it will take to complete all the tasks.

This will, of course, depend on the size of each room, but it will help you add a cleaning block to your planner.

Supplies Needed:

To make the best use of these free cleaning planning schedule pages, you’ll need the following supplies:

  • a color printer
  • Pens – to check off the tasks
  • hole punch
  • disks
  • binder
  • sticky note tabs

I prefer to use a binder or disc system with the printables I add to planners because you can easily add pages anywhere.

I’ll show you how I use each page next.

Daily Cleaning Schedule

My best advice when starting a new routine or habit is to start small.

I started my cleaning routine with a daily cleaning schedule. These are maintenance tasks that help you stay on top of your cleaning without feeling overwhelmed.

Use this page to map out what tasks need to be done each day in your home.

The daily cleaning checklist includes the main areas of your home. However, there is space at the bottom for you to add more rooms and tasks if needed.

Don’t be afraid to use this page as a jumping point to create your own cleaning schedule.

Weekly Cleaning Checklist

After you have a good daily cleaning routine, I recommend adding a weekly cleaning schedule.

Print off the page and add any tasks you feel fit your home. This checklist includes your home’s main areas and estimated times to block off for cleaning.

Don’t forget to get the kids involved. Mom isn’t the only one who can empty trash cans and clean toilets.

I walk you through how to use create your own weekly cleaning schedule for working moms if you want more help. And if you prefer a day-by-day approach, I have a 7 day cleaning schedule that might work better for you.

Monthly Cleaning Schedule

The monthly pages included in your free cleaning schedule for working moms are two pages.

You’ll note that this is a deeper clean, and the estimated times given should be used as a guideline, not a hard and fast rule.

After you print them out, feel free to adjust the tasks, rooms and times as needed.

The great thing about printable pages is you can write on them and print out new ones as needed.

While your home may not be spic n span, if you stick to the cleaning routine, your home will be manageable without being overwhelmed by the mess.

Don’t let them sit there gathering dust in your inbox; they won’t do you any good there.

Start with the daily cleaning checklist in order to establish a routine, then add the weekly cleaning tasks and work your way up to monthly.

And the best part about a printable planner? If you spill coffee on it or your little ones decide to decorate it, you can just print off a new page.

Assigning Chores & Getting Housekeeping Help

It is not your job as a mom to do all the cleaning on your own. Your family lives there and should, in my opinion, help keep the house clean.

The free cleaning schedule for working moms can help you assign your chores and get housekeeping help.

Here is how I do that in my home.

  1. print off the pages
  2. show my family the pages and let them know this is what needs to be done today, this week, or this month depending on the page I show them.
  3. tell them to pick what they want to do and put their initial by the task
  4. when they are done I ask them to check the task off
  5. I stick it to the fridge, so they see it every time they go to get food

Does it work? Yes. Do they get it all done? No.

But every little bit helps, and building routines take time.

When those tasks are complete, I print off a new page.
