Free Planning Pages
If you want to work and homeschool at the same time, you need a plan. I am excited to share my free planning pages with you!
I don’t know about you, but staying organized and keeping track of my homeschool lessons, work schedule, errands, and appointments is tough.
Especially since life is always changing, that’s why I created my Homeschool Planner For Working Moms.
I firmly believe every homeschool mom needs a planner, a way to keep track of everything you are doing and not rely on her memory.
A working mom especially needs one that can help her keep track of her work tasks, and homeschool lessons, and all the rest easily.
Free Printable Planning Pages
Planning out my week has been a lifesaver over the last 16 years of working and homeschooling.
Fill out the form below for my free planning pages and I’ll show you a few ways you can use them to organize your work and homeschool.
I’ll also share some of my favorite planning tools and how I use each page.
These Free Planning Pages Include:
- Monthly Planning Page (Undated)
- Weekly Planning Page
- Daily Planning Pages Time-Block
- General Daily Planning Page
One of the first things you’ll notice about these free planning pages is that the pages are not dated.
The reason is that I don’t want you to feel behind. You can print these off at any time, data them, and start using them right away.
Planning Pages Supplies:
To make the best use of these free planning pages, you’ll need:
- a color printer
- Pens – invest in erasable pens if you are worried about messing up your planning page.
- hole punch
- disks
- binder
- sticky note tabs
I prefer to use a binder or disc system with my printable planners because that means you can easily add pages and layouts as you need them. You can see some of my favorite tools in the photos.

The great thing about a disc planner over a binder is that the binder rings can get in the way, but with a disc planner, you can easily pop the page out, write what you want and pop it back in.
You can find all my favorite planning supplies on my Amazon bookshelf: Planning Must-Haves.
I absolutely love stickers. I use them to organize my planner, highlight tasks or make me smile.
Planning is the highest form of self-care and should be fun!
Monthly Planning Page
After much stress and being overwhelmed, I learned that if I wanted my days to be productive, I had to create a simple schedule.
The monthly planning page is a birds-eye view of what is going on in your life this month. It’s a great tool to make sure you are not overbooking or over-packing your schedule.
Here is how I use the monthly planning page:
- In the notes section at the top, I list the topic my kids want to learn about and a few ideas for exploring that, such as visiting a museum or art project.
- I also list any big goals I have in my business that month or products I want to promote.
- Lastly, I fill in anything attached to a time and put it on the correct date, including appointments, trips, zoom meetings, etc. For example, every Monday at 10 AM, I host the Coaching & Caffeine Business Mastermind.
The monthly planning page is used as a reference when you do your weekly planning.
Weekly Planning Page
One of the best things about weekly planning is knowing exactly what is coming up this week.
These free planning pages come with a week at a glance 1-page weekly planning page.
Weekly planning pages are perfect for those who are big picture planners or if you have older kids who are independent and you don’t need to write down every single detail.
I like my weekly at a glance layout because I can quickly and easily see how many days I need to get the car for in-person meetings and appointments.
Creating a schedule for the week allows you to plan what needs to be done and prepare your homeschool supplies, such as printing out worksheets, gathering up supplies, and outlining what needs to be accomplished by the end of the week.
Every Sunday, I sit down and create my weekly plan, so I know exactly what I’m doing each day. Then, when I wake up on Monday morning, I can check my plan for the day and get started.
Daily Planning Pages
Inside your free planning pages pack, you will find two different daily planning pages.
Daily planning pages are perfect for those who like to time block their day and need more room to write in the details. Or if you have younger kids/multiple children and you need to track the objectives for each child.
One daily planner includes your to-do list, top 3 priorities, and a notes section.
The second option includes a timed “today’s schedule,” a priority list, a water habit tracker, to call/email list, a carry-over for tomorrow section, and a notes section.
What can I say? I like options! And I want you to be able to choose which one fits your needs any given day.
So whether you prefer a timed schedule or task list, I got you covered.
