This week has been busy and fun!
My daughter asked for a cookbook by Rosanna Pansino called Nerdy Nummies a while ago after much prodding from me. My kids don’t ask for anything…I know it is odd.
We price compared through out our local book stores but most of the prices were double Amazon’s. Or it wasn’t available. *sigh*
Her dad surprised her with the book and you should have seen that smile!
We plopped the box in her lap and told her that her food was inside. She didn’t know she had to bake it first, lol!
You should have seen her face. She was so excited. She is now reading the cookbook. Stay tuned for baked goods.
Moms Who Want To Read
One of the goals many moms are hoping to reach next year is to read more for themselves!
There are a few things holding us back but this is how this post is meeting those needs AND here is how you can help! 🙂
- In the comments below share a book you are reading and/or a tip on how you find time to read? That way we can encourage one another.
- I’ll list a few of the books moms mentioned last week, there are a lot, I’ll choose the top 5.
- Below are books for kids and mom that are free or GREAT deals to help with the cost.
I’ll also share what I am reading this week. Sound good?
What I’m Reading This Week!
A homeschooling mom and I geeked out over YA Books on Instagram last week and she highly recommended a book she thought I’d like.
I love that by the way!
This week I finished the Uglies by Scott Westerfeld, series. So good!

Here is a quick list of 5 books other moms mentioned reading last week.
